For your own comfort, we request that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment booked time in order to register and complete a client record card. Your details will be kept on record for return visits so that we can tailor our treatments to your needs. It is recommended that valuable items are left at home as Miracles Spa accepts no responsibility for any mislaid items.Miracles Spa is strictly no smoking. Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode whilst in the salon to avoid disturbing other clients.
At Miracles Spa we work to a timetable and arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment, diminishing its effectiveness and your relaxation. It may not be possible to accommodate latecomers.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment or you will be charged for the time reserved. When booking packages credit card details or a gift voucher reference will be required, non attendance will result in the full treatment charge being made.
If payment is via voucher the voucher will be cancelled. A non-refundable deposit maybe required for certain lengthy treatments or block bookings.
Our best reward is your personal recommendation, gratuities are left to your discretion.
Miracles Spa offers Platinum Membership card to regular clients. The card entitles clients to receive a discount off listed prices for treatments and invitations to special members only evenings. For more information ask a member of our team.
Service Terms & Conditions
At Miracles Spa you will experience an unparalleled level of service and we are so confident of this, that in the unlikely event you are unhappy about any aspect of treatment received, we will re-do or provide an alternative treatment (within 1 week of initial treatment) of equal value completely free of charge. No refunds in any circumstances. To qualify for this guarantee any problems must be reported and seen at the salon by a manager within 48 hours of the initial treatment so that we can confirm that an unsatisfactory treatment has been carried out.
In the event of a complaint Miracles Spa does require the client to come in toMiracles Spa within 48 hours of the treatment being carried out so we as a company can talk to you in person to see the condition of the complaint ourselves. We will not make commitments simply over the phone.
If we agree an unsatisfactory service has been performed, we will offer to book in a re-do or provide you with a giftcard. The original service will not be refunded. Miracles Spa will not give cash, cheque or credit card refunds for any reason for any services. We will work with you to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.
Miracles Spa will refund any product returned within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unopened and in perfect condition and you must be able to show your receipt of purchase. A refund will be given by the same method of original payment.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
We advise you to book your appointment well in advance to avoid disappointment. If you do not attend your appointment your voucher will be cancelled to cover the cost of your allocated treatment time.
If appointment times have not been booked in advance and your voucher is about to run out, your voucher can be used against any of the retail products within the salon before the expiry date.
Someone has taken the time, care and money to purchase your voucher, we recommend you keep it safe. Most people are delighted with their vouchers and book their appointment well in advance before the expiry date thus avoiding disappointment especially during busy times.
Remember forgotten vouchers can turn into expired vouchers. For hourly treatments or longer we recommend you book up to at least a month in advance.
Gift Cards expire six months after date of purchase. In extreme cases we may be able to extend your giftcard but this must be done before the giftcard expires.
Gift Cards are non refundable and have no cash value.
Gift Cards can be used on services, products or courses.
The physical Gift Card must be presented when checking out at time of service so it can be scanned through our till. We cannot accept just the giftcard number and are not responsible for lost or stolen giftcards.
Gift Cards will not be accepted if not physically given at time of check out. If you forget your gift card you will be required to make alternative payment and use the gift card on a future service.
Due to the nature of our treatments and for the relaxation of clients we advise that you don't bring children with you whilst attending your appointments. Also to the courtesy of yourself and other clients we advise that you turn of mobile phones before entering the salon and during your treatment.
We do have a policy of treating clients under the age of 16 for certain treatments, at the discretion of the salon. Parents must attend the first appointment to give written parental consent via salon consultation. Upon which the salon will decide if the treatment is appropriate.
